It rapidly brings food down from cooking temperature, helping preserve quality, texture, and flavour while supporting food safety compliance.

With capacity for 6 x 1/1 GN trays, the PQ61 can chill up to 20kg of food from +90°C to +3°C, or freeze up to 11kg from +90°C to -18°C. That makes it well suited to batch cooking, prepping ahead, and managing leftovers or bulk production without overloading the kitchen’s main refrigeration.

An easy-to-manage electronic control keeps operation simple for kitchen staff, while the included core temperature probe lets operators monitor the internal temperature of the food, so each cycle finishes at the right point. Internal runners hold trays securely and allow organised, efficient loading.

The unit measures 700mm (L) x 790mm (W) x 850mm (H), a compact footprint for kitchens where space is limited. It runs on a standard 240V / 1N / 50Hz supply at 0.88kW, so no three-phase power is needed.

Backed by a 24-month parts and 24-month labour warranty.

Dimensions:
Length: 700mm
Width: 790mm
Height: 850mm

MAIN FEATURES:

6 x 1/1 GN tray capacity.

20kg maximum chilling capacity from +90°C to 3°C.

11kg maximum freezing capacity from +90°C to -18°C.

Easy-to-manage electronic control.

Core temperature probe.

Internal runners.

240V/1N 50Hz, 0.88kW power supply.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Material: BN2ABM700135

Width (mm): 790

Productivity (mm): 700

Height (mm): 850

Package Length (mm): 790

Package Width (mm): 850

Packaging Height (mm): 995

Standard Power Supply: 220–240V ~ 50Hz

Electrical Power (kW): 0.875

Gas/Refrigerant Type: R290

Climate Class: 5

Certificate Number: 4 A

Chilling Yield (+65°C to +10°C): 20kg

Freezing Yield (+65°C to -18°C): 11kg

Number of Pans: 6

Grill Pitch (mm): 70

Brochure

Specification Sheet

Warranty: 24 months parts / 24 months labour
