How do I return a product?

The total cost of the purchase price minus these fee charges and expenses will then be refunded or sent back to you when the facility processes your product(s) (item must be returned within 5 working days, new, unused, and in original packaging). Refunds will only be provided to the same credit card that you utilised when putting in your order. Please note we are resellers of local brands.

Please, we advise that you quantify the vital space needed for your item before buying! If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’re here to help. Just return it within 5 business days, new and unused, in its original packaging.
